The house has a new 3 chamber sewage system (2019) that cleans the waste waters ecologically and leads it into a 16.000 l deposit to water the garden with and it also stores the rain water coming from the house. Another 26.000 l water deposit is regularly filled with town water and supplies the property.

In 2018 new UPVC windows in oak wood colour have been installed, with multiple chamber isolated glazing and special treatment to reflect the sun. In the same year a new steal fire burner has been installed in the kitchen-dining area. The built in and closed fireplace in the lounge also heats very well. The whole living area of the house was interiorly painted with bio colour. The electric installation of the basement/garage area was updated, including several heavy current plugs. It is currently used as a workshop, yet could be converted into further living accommodation, as it is located above soil level and has three big windows.
